Cancellation:

The orders are only allowed to be canceled before production, we will process the canceled order within 48 hours after the customer’s application, and refund you within 3-5 working days.

Return & Exchange:

1. Conditions of return

(1) Return period: within 2 days of receiving the product.

(2) Applicable circumstances for return and exchange:

Under what circumstances can you return or exchange: The product has quality problems such as discoloration, natural cracking, etc. during use; you received the wrong product or missing parts.

(3) What information needs to be provided to apply for a return or exchange: order number, consignee, photo and video proof of the product and packaging.

2. The return process

Step 1: Please contact us in advance. We will process the application within 3-5 working days and reply you the processing result.

Step 2: Once we approve your return or exchange request, in some cases, you should submit the problem with the product to us via picture or video within 5 days;

Step 3  (if  exchange):  Once we confirm that your offer is a quality problem with the product, we will refund the payment to you within 7-15 working days.

3.  Shipping fee for return

(1) What are the customer’s responsibilities: customers’ˉ personal reasons like they do not like the products or no longer need the products.

(2) What are the conditions undertaken by the website: the product is broken or damaged during the transportation; we ship the wrong products or missing parts.
